The KLR-300 M tree spades are available as mini-digger mounted attachments. These tree spades are able to dig root-balls between 20 and 40 cm / 8 and 16 inches (exchangeable). It is available without and within undercutting blade, the one mentioned on this page is provided with undercutting blade.

Needed weight of the mini-digger is 3,5 tons or more. These tree spades are suitable for digging a.o. buxus, taxus, conifers, Christmas trees and whips.

The KLR-500 tree spades are digger or loader mounted tree spades. These tree spades are able to dig root-balls with diameters between 30 and 50 cm / 12 and 20 inches (exchangeable).

Minimum weight of the digger has to be 2.5 tons.

The KLR-500 ST is suitable for many kinds of plants, but mainly for avenue trees.

The diggers minimum required weight is 2.5 tons.

These tree spades are provided with undercutting blade, to cut the lower roots.

The Damcon KLR-2000 2M tree transplanter is a digger and loader mounted machine. This tree transplanter is able to dig root-balls of 200 cm / 78.5 inches.
Two half round shells are ensuring a nice root-ball form, which helps you to maintain the most important roots.

The most common working fields for these tree transplanters are; tree nurseries and big projects (for example road widenings and new housing estates) where old trees have to be maintained.

The capacity of these tree transplanters is 25-100 trees per day (depending on the circumstances).

The Select tractor-mounted tree lifting machines are available in various executions. The Select tree lifting machines are available with U-blades of 11⅞ to 31½ inches. The capacity of these machines is 80 to 120 trees per hour. All mounted tree lifting machines are provided with Damcon clamp shaker.

An undercutting plough with cable winch is an effective way to undercut street trees, conifers, forsythias and so on.

Our undercutting ploughs are available in two models, the CDO-60 and the THS.

The CDO-60 is provided with a depth-wheel and is controllable. The CDO-60 is suitable for heavier conifers and street trees. Also available is the CDO-60S, the smaller one suitable for use in the conifers nursery with row distances of 50 cm and more.

The THS is not provided with depth-wheel and is not controllable, this undercutting plough is suitable for the more little conifers and whips.

The Schrauwen Pick up attachment coupled with a bed lifter lifts conifer or deciduous bare root seedlings up from behind the digger and bring them up to a level where the workers can easily pick time up and put them into pallet racks that can be transported to the warehouse for processing. The pickup attachment is hydraulically driven from the hydraulic remotes on the tractor. With an hand held remote control the operator can adjust the pickup height, and belt speed. A model with a side delivery conveyor is available to deliver seedlings to bins on a trailer along side of the digger and pickup attachment.
